Decking Repair

Wood will deteriorate over time, even when you take good care of it. But, that doesn’t mean you need a new deck. We can come out and repair and resurface your old deck and then restain the new wood. Only the boards and beams that are rotten will need to be removed and replaced.

Deck Installation

When you are ready to rip out your old deck or build a custom deck from the ground up, we can help you. We will meet with you and determine what needs to be done to help you create your vision. Our company doesn’t take a cookie-cutter approach to build decks. We’ll design and build to suit.

Pricing and Estimates

Our team is happy to come out and give you a free estimate for the work. Our pricing is based on three factors: materials, square foot, and labor. You are welcome to buy your own materials for the project and we’ll give you a quote for just the labor as well.

Our Process

After you sign the contract, you will need to pay 50% of the quoted cost upfront to cover the cost of building materials and labor. The other 50% is due upon completion of the project and the city signs off on it.

City Requirements

Our company will fill out the required paperwork with the city in order to secure a permit. We will build the deck to code so that it can pass inspection. Once it is completed, we’ll have an inspector from the city come out and sign off on the project. We’ll follow building codes to make sure that your deck is safe and will meet the city’s standards.
